According to Reuters, the Dow Jones Industrial Average and S&P 500 rode a roller coaster on Wall Street. During morning trading on Dec. 6th, the Dow Jones and S&P were down about 3-percent each, with the Dow falling over 700-points. But the markets managed to recoup most of those losses by the closing bell. The Dow Jones lost about three-tenths of a percent on the day, falling about 78-points, while the S&P lost about two-tenths of a percent, shedding 4-points.
