John Legend is sounding off when it comes to the Operation Varsity Blues college admissions scandal. The scandal alleges that a group of wealthy parents, which includes celebrities like Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman, bought their children's way into colleges. John Legend recently told Extra on the iHeartRadio Music Awards red carpet ,"People need to realize it’s not fair anyway — it’s not fair even the legal way of doing it." He believes that we should take a deeper look at the college admissions system, and how it often favors wealthy people. Legend added, "Wealthy parents have advantages they can do for their kids with legacy admissions and all these other things. It’s not a fair process anyway, so this was just an extreme version of it being unfair and an illegal version."
