According to Reuters, the markets on Wall Street are climbing for a third day after the Federal Reserve held interest rates steady. On June 19th, the top markets on the New York Stock Exchange opened the day treading water. But the major indexes on Wall Street rose following an announcement from the Fed. By the late afternoon, the markets were up about two-tenths of a percent each. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose to 26,530, while the S&P 500 hit 2,924.
