According to, upwards of 40 seals are stranded in a Canadian town after bad weather prevented their journey to the ocean. Roddickton-Bide Arm, which is a small town in Newfoundland and Labrador, reported that the adorable visitors have taken over the community, prompting residents to help them. Town Mayor, Sheila Fitzgerald said roughly 40 stranded seals have been spotted by residents.
